When you complete a project assessment we collect your contact details, information about your business and outdoor space, and any photos you upload. We use this to review your project and, with your consent, share it with relevant commercial shading specialists so they can contact you about it.

Photos are stored privately and are accessible only to our review team. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
